"Kari Lerner was integral in the selling of our previous house and in the building of our current home. She sold our house in just three days at nearly asking price. She spared no expense in getting our house the best exposure in all possible real estate avenues. Her photography and videography of our home were nothing less than outstanding. She went above and beyond, eased our anxiety by working relentlessly to find us the perfect, brand-new, short-term rental property that would suit our needs -- no easy feat! Kari also played a crucial role in the building of our house, flawlessly coordinating with our builder and our builder’s broker.
